3rd Gen Strut Spacers on 4th Gen?

I have a set of strut spacers here for a 3rd gen (off a 2002), will they work on 4th gen? I'm not sure if the suspension changed between the years.

I believe the bolt pattern on the top of the struts is the same between 3rd and 4th gens.

He used RB spacers but the bolt pattern on those is the same as the BTF version.

Thank you sir. These aren't RBs or BTF, but same stuff, different day. As long as the pattern is the same.

Not to thread jack , But my Brother ordered A Set off of Ebay for his son in laws F 150 , they were 2.5" spacers , at it took us all of an hour and a half to do it and looked great afterwords , Good luck All You 3rd and 4th Gen Guys !
