3rd hidden relay box

I had to take off the plastic mudguard under the fender on the right side of my 1997 4.0 Explorer, and unrelated to the job at hand, was puzzled to find a hitherto unknown (to me) box with 8 relays inside. Anybody know what these do please?

This box on my 97 SOHC contains just 4 relays:
blower motor
high speed blower motor
fog lamp
front washer pump
