how much is this going to cost? and is it worth it? everyone seems to do this on their older explorers. should i buy a new explorer, and take my mods out of mine and transfer it to a new v-8 and then sell my current truck? opinions wanted, thanks!

it's worth it if you do a lot of towing. do you have a SOHC, if so the power gains will not be very much. of course you could always supercharge it
but that co$ts a lot of $$$$.
if nothing is wrong with your engine now, dont bother. if you have a OHC V-6 there are plenty of performance mods available.
