4.0 OHV to 4.0 SOHC swap?

I'm thinking of swapping my 4.0 OHV for a 4.0 SOHC. Has anybody done this before? I've heard the bellhousing pattern for a SOHC was changed from the OHV but that it can work. Anybody actually done it?
