4 auto Problem

So tonight my 2001 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0SOHC has began to bind in 4 auto after the front tires where spinning in some mud i turned a corner and its hopping/binding etc... The other day i decided to show off and do a smokey burnout. Could this of caused some problem??

Also not related but i changed spark plugs and wires tonight but only on 3 cylinders not the other side and it seems to run funny now should i do all 6???

After that burnout the other night i think i screwed this t-case now in 4HI it makes whining sound and it has always been quiet Control-trac also briefly quit working tonight and made me spin out. Whats wrong with the t-case.
