i have a 1996 4.0 explorer sport with the 4r55e transmission. i was off roading with a couple of buddies and we all got stuck. so when i was shifting from 1st gear into reverse i noticed that the transmission was not shifting into gear. i looked at the shifter linkage and it was all attached. i had a problem with the valve body not shifting from 2 to 3 gear. so we were back there and we had to have a 2500 ram diesel that has about 1000 hp and a 6 inch lift pull my ass out backwards for a mile. so if anyone have any comments please reply. thanks
