5r55w slips

I have an 02 explorer with a 5r55w that is slipping in first and second gear and a little in reverse goes just fine in 3,d,od it happened all at once I now have a wining noise when in park it won't go when put in drive but pull it down to 3 2 or 1 and it moves but slips I would like to know if this condition is something a rebuild can fix or better off replacing i have tried to connect a scan tool but won't link to my ex not sure if my ECM may be an issue I checked all fuses my fluid level was fine never had an od light flash or any problems until this happened all at once but with 182,000 miles I'm just needing a little guidance where to start

Having the same issue with an 05 EB 3rd 2nd and 1st go just fine but no D unless going over 60mph then it will go into D but no OD or reverse at all. Anything under 60mph in D and it just revs and revs and does nothing.

The input sprag has failed, it will have to be rebuilt to repair this transmission.
