I was wondering what is needed to swap over my rear axle to the 2nd gen rear with disk brakes and limited slip

This page has everything you need to know.

It's a direct bolt on swap. There are just minor differences between the disk and drum brake lines.

Once you bolt the new axle in place, you will run a right side brake hose to each caliper, then mount the brackets on the hoses to your spring perches, then run a hard line from the caliper hoses to each side of your junction block at the top of the differential, then bleed and refill the system. You may also need a different length parking brake intermediate cable. All the parts numbers you need are listed in the link.
