90 Ranger grill on 91 Explorer

Will a '90 Ranger grill fit on a '91 Explorer and visa-vers? I have a lead on someone who wants to trade their black grill for my chrome one.

Pretty sure they swap fine . A guy I know traded the grill out in his Ranger for a Explorer grill. I believe he has a 92 , and the explorer was a 93 .

i'd like to see what they look like....
i'm tired of my plastichrome explorer grill, and my wife thinks the billet grills are ugly and plain looking.

i think i'll check out some junk yards. i like it better then my stock explorer grill. hopefully i'll find one in good condition for a good price.

Does the Ranger grill bolt right in place of the grill on an X or does it need some work to get it to bolt in? I just may put one on my '91 Sport, since I don't care for the black grill. Thanks.

there shouldn't be any modification needed since the explorer and ranger front ends were identical.
