91-94 Stock MAF Gasket Options???

I know when I took apart my stock MAF housing from the airbox, that el-cheepo gasket landed on the bench in two pieces.

Right now I am using an aftermarket housing, but I think I would rather have an adapter from my cone for the original housing, which means a new gasket. I would deff take one off your hands.

If you end up getting a bunch of gaskets, I'll take one.

Maybe we could work out a "trade"!

i got one at auto zone back last year for around 8 bucks but they had to order it .then when i replaced my top off of the air box i ended up tearing the gasket so i just made my own second time around .got some really thin cardboard material and cut it out then coated it with wd-40 and let it soak in and saturated it then installed it .:frospecta

...So far, we are up to 4 gaskets...I will try and make a run up there next week...:dunno:

To be honest, I wouldn't worry about it if you're taliking about the inlet side of the maf. When I replaced my maf, the gasket fell apart. As it is upstream of the measuring area of the maf, it won't have an effect on the mixture. I made sure it fit okay and didn't reinstall it. Runs fine.

...Just bumping to see if any others are interested...I forgot this is a short week so I may not be able to get up there until next week..:(

...AlanV, we must get together and go out locally...
