Can anyone tell me what are the stock locations of the ground wire straps? I see one that goes from hood to the side of body on passenger side but that’s the only one I see and it’s broken in half. I want to order some new ones but would like to know where are the other strap locations I can install them to.

This ground wire goes from engine to firewall which is where the wiper motor is. Seems like it’s not flush to the metal. It’s on a rubber bushing. Should I remove the rubber bushing and relocate the ground wire to bare metal? Ive looked online and read that grounds are supposed to be on bare metal. Is this correct

That is the main body to engine ground

There is also a strap from firewall to hood and underneath the passenger side rocker you will find one from frame to body

The main body to engine ground, the body side seems the ground is attached to a rubber bushing from the wiper motor. Should I remove it and put it on a location on body that’s bare metal instead of rubber ?

It’s getting its ground through the bolt
You can see the wiper
Motor gets its ground there too

Wouldn’t hurt if you want to move it closer to clean metal… can simply put it under the bushing

1991. At the rear, approximately next to the rear shock absorber on the frame crossmember and on the body in the area of the fuel filler neck
