91 Explorer V8 conversion.

Hi All,

I want to swap my 4.0 liter V6 for a V8. I have a 5 speed manual transmission it is the mitsubishi model. Can you buy a bell housing kit to mount a V8 to this transmission?

I dont think advance adapters make the Mazda 5 speed to 302 adapter anymore, because the mazda 5 speed is a poor choice behind the 5.0L

manual V8 transmissions used for our conversions typically come from a F-150 or FSB

I thought that might be the case............ I just rebuilt my transmission and transfer case. Know I am getting the urge for more H.P. and torque.
