92 to 96 conversion help

What would I need to do a engine swap? I have a 92 with good motor bad tranny and a 96 with bad motor good tranny Please Help.
 






what engine is in the 96? The same 4.0L?
 






same motor but one is obd1 and the other is obd2
 






The motor should be the same. You'll probably have to swap most of the sensors and use the wiring harness from the original engine.
