94 Explorer Radio Problem

Okay, so my truck is not out of commission, but I can't listen to any tunes!

Stock Premium Sound System. Display on the Radio reads "BAD"

Well, I just took the stereo out of the truck for 15 minutes, stuck it in the freezer and put it back in the truck. Works just fine. When I took it out it was VERY hot. (Kindof strange since it hasn't worked for a while now)
