95 Explorer 4.0L spark plug wires.

I have a 95 4X4 XLTexplorer.
Took off old wires and plugs.

Coils cylinders
3 4 3 6
2 6 2 5
1 5 1 4
I put them back
1-1cy
2-2cy
3-3cy
4-4cy
5-5cy
6-6cy
Running good I heard you are to put them back
1-1cy
2-2cy
3-3cy
4-6cy
5-4cy
6-5cy
tried above and sounded rough?
