Hey everyone, I haven't posted in a while but I have done some stuff to my ex. I installed the black housings (which look great), along with 10k HIDs. I also put these nice off-roading lights in the center of my grille. I will be putting them on my brush-guard as soon as I get it.
I originally did the TT but I undid it because I ended up canceling my order of copperhead shackles. The reason I did this is because I was talking to my mechanic friend and he said the shackles will bend the leaf springs and wear them out fast. He told me add-a-leaf is the way to go... So i decided to undo the TT and wait until I bring my ex down to my friend when i get the BL done, and have him do everything at once.
For the tranny issue, I looked into it and my clutch is extremely warn down. I am getting it replaced as soon as I can.
For the audio, I bought a Sound storm 2600d mono block amplifier. I had it hooked to my pyles for about 5 minutes until they blew. The subs i'm working on getting are, the Dayton reference series HO 12's. It's guna pound.
I have a nice limited edition grille in my garage im working on getting painted. I ALSO WANT TO INSTALL A LIMITED EDITION BUMPER COVER ON MY EX, DOES ANYONE KNOW IF IT WILL FIT OVER THE CURRENT BUMPER OR IS IT A SPECIAL METAL BUMPER/PIECE THAT IS BEHIND THE COVER ON THE LIMITEDS?
