96 ranger little or no heat

Little or no heat, newer radiator, water pump, heater core, and 3 thermostats. Warm when driving or reved up but slowly cools when stopped. I am goin crazy....have also flushed and re-checked core flow....all good.

I see the most recent post is two years old. 96 Ranger 2.3L has stopped heating up so assuming the original thermostat has bought the farm (135000 miles) Going to do a timing belt and water pump at the same time (preventative maintenance) was looking for any short cuts there might be.

96 Ranger water pump

Good stuff with great pictures! Before I start with the pump, belt, and thermostat the only fuzzy issue is the sleeve and RTV? We shall see.
