97 Rear Bumper on a 98

Will a 97 Mountie rear bumper with the reflectors fit a 98?

I think the '97 bumper has the license plate in the bumper. The '98 license plate is in the hatch. If it worked, it might look pretty silly. One of the big changes in '98 was the rear end after all.

well, would a hatch from a 97 fit also? Would the bumper fit?????

the rear bumper will bolt on, just like celly said. there will be a pocket for a license plate, and the curve of the bumper i think is a little different as well. as for a hatch, there is some major difference. one big the how the tail lights fit, brake light is different, and all the wiring inside is also different.
