98 explorer 5r55e band question

hello i know i have a broken reverse band in my 98 explorer (5r55e) my question is can this repair be done in the vehicle as in dropping the valve body and accessing the bands through there. i've already had the trans out once trying to avoid pulling it again if possible, thanks

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to repair this unless you remove the transmission, and take everything out to reach this band in the rear.
