I got a 98 explorer that stopped working while I was hooking up some lights. I don’t know if that had anything to do with it but now it will not crank at all , no click under hood or anything

I’ve replaced the
- battery
- starter
- starter relay
- ignition switch
And it still won’t crank , it’s like power isn’t getting to the starter at all , I honestly don’t know what else to do . Lights come on and all it’s just won’t crank. Can someone please help !

Define ‘hooking up some lights.’

Did you hack into the vehicle’s harness at all?

Have someone stand in front of vehicle..... you turn on the headlights and turn key/ crank the engine.....if the headlights dim the starter IS getting power....rules that part out.
Did you check / rule out fuse - it's number 24 on fuse box (15 amp I believe)--- left side of dash / instrument panel

Grab wiring diagrams linked in my sig below, or attached is an image of the PDF version.

Grab multimeter

Trace where power stops
