98 Explorer XLT DTC U1147 P1206

Hey y'all! My 98 explorer XLT is having an issue where it will not turn over. When the ignition is on, the theft light will show up for about 2-3 seconds and then turn off, but it will not turn over when I turn the key. My scan tool is giving me codes p1000 and p1206 in the PCM, and code u1147 in the PATS. It doesn't do this the majority of the time, and usually it will start right up. The last time this happened I disconnected the battery for around 8ish hours and then reconnected it, and I was able to start the car, but I'd rather not have to do that every time this happens. If anyone of y'all have had this issue and fix it, can you please tell me what you did? Any help would be much appreciated!

p1000 OBD readiness test not complete
p1206 Engine Disable by PATS
u1174 Communications issue, SCP (J1850), between PCM and PATS control (PATS/ICM/ VIC/HEC/SCIL).

Sometimes a gremlin can be caused by the smallest thing. There are 2 large wire bundle connectors on the firewall. Both are held tight with a 10mm bolt. Any bad connection in either plug can cause just about any issue. from bad transmission shifting, bad o2 sensor readings, no start, no...

Thanks for the help! I went and checked the PCM connector and everything seemed fine. I couldn't find where that other one was. I went on Youtube and looked up the issues, and someone said something about the gear shifter thing not being in park all the way. I moved the shifter around and it started right up. So that was the issue all along.
