I converted my 2001 B- Series to 99 Explorer Pulse Vacuum Hubs, knuckles, and half shafts. Cut the wagon wheel out of the hubs to make them manual(push in they are engaged, push in again and they are dis-engaged) Will these same parts fit my 2005 Ranger.
