I bought a 99 explorer xlt , and it wont start, the theft light is flashing very fast, the guy I bought it from had the ignition and keys replaced by for , but the problem is the same.. any idea what the problem is. I tried disconnection the battey for 30 mins and the same and I also tried the 15 min key reprograming procedure , but it goes back to flashing very fast.
and idea , there is fuel but no power to the injector I am told. could it be a bad pats module, and where is the module located
