Original owner ,81,000 miles. I noticed that my truck leans on the passengers side. I know there is a topic about these trucks leaning on the drivers side due to weight of the driver and gas tank, but does anyone have any inputs on why its leaning the other way? I mostly drive the truck alone.
I looked underneath and could not find anything unusual.

Check the sway bar axle bushings,if you see daylight through them they are worn Also, look the shackles over real good.

Could be a flattened out spring which may have resulted from a bad shock absorber replacement being delayed too long?

Well I think I found the problem. My drivers side front stabilizer link was broken. This is the rod that connects from the stabilizer bar to the lower control arm. I guess because it broke, it allowed the drivers side front suspension to raise up a bit, which carried to the rear making it look like the truck leaned.
When I replaced the broken link, it brought the height back to normal again, so if anyone has the same problem, check the front stab bar link.

Thanks for posting back.
