A leak with no explanation

I have a very strange leak, coming from beneath my driver side quarter panel just before the rear tire. It is not break fluid, I assumed it was the rear differential because of what looked to be a old rotted vent line. So I took it to the mechanic he assured me that wasn't it, and he had no idea what it was. But I had that line replaced and the fluid changed anyway. But regardless it is clean gear fluid that's leaking and nobody can pin point the source, I looked at it on the lift and I'm clueless any help would be appreciated.

I wonder if a stashed bottle of some sort of fluid worked it's way past the keyless module and spilled. Up in the jack compartment.

i'm with TURDLE on this one. there's nothing in that area that can be leaking clear lube other than maybe a shock absorber ???

Wow I'm an idiot. Turns out a bottle of motor oil was in the jack compartment and fell down by the wheel well. Thank you guys I feel like a total dipstick (car puns)
