Amp turn on lead

There is an Amp Turn On wire on my JVC HU; my question is if I go with a small 2 ch 50 w Amp for the front speakers and the MTX Thunderform sub with the amp, can I use the same wire to turn both on? Where should it be spliced?

The amp turn on wire can be used to turn on both amps and it doesn't matter where you splice it. Splice it anywhere you want, wherever it's easiest, uses the least amount of wire, whatever.
