a pillar trim removal on 97?

Hi all, I have a trans temp gauge, and pod for my Mounty, and I wonder how the trim comes of fof the a-pillar. I know on my Stangs it is screwed into place, but I saw no screws.
I figure it has some clips, but I do not want to just start yanking on it without knowing.
Any help/hints are appreciated!

Yeah it has some clips. Just grap ahold of the top of it and pull out kind of strait, it will just pop out. I've had a couple of those clips break too, so just be aware.

Yeah, I rememer there being 2 metal clips on mine. I removed mine twice when installing the wires for my overhead console. Those metal clips are tough to move! They pulled off the plastic A-pillar and I had to use pliers to get them off the metal body part. Rock the trim piece as you go and they will pop free.
