A4DL transmission overdrive

Hi Guys
I have a 1992 Ford Explorer 4x4 with the A4DL transmission. This is the 3rd transmission I put in the explorer. The first 2 were no good. This transmission that I just put is shifting but I have No Overdrive. I have read forum on here about the transmission. I have changed the valve on the passenger side of transmission and I adjusted the kickdown cable. Could it be the 3 / 4 shift solenoid or the ECM? What is your guy’s thoughts.

Can anyone give me any ideas here? I've got the Ford Repair book directly from Ford, and I've litterally tried everything it tells me to.. including vacuum modulator, computer, MAF, cleaned the valve body, ETC, ETC, ETC. I've pretty much run out of ideas here! Please HELP!
