It's toast huh? Can I flush it?
I have it all worked out.
I take a power steering pump I have laying around, connect to an electric motor with a belt and pulley.
Drain the fluid and trash the filter. connect the pump in between the return line from the cooler.
So cooler line would empty into a clean bucket, and the pump would intake from a bucket of clean fluid.
That's my plan. I just want to sell the car. I have been telling callers already that the tranny is slipping. They know somethings wrong with it because I'm only asking $1200.
Anyway, can I flush it?
