can someone tell me if the TC is to far does it rub the bell housing

It should rub when it's fully seated, then when you bolt it to the flexplate, it will not rub.

should it have and type of play? it moves up and downtype of thing

There is a small amount of play, but not an excessive amount.

the TC have a 1/4 inch of play or more i think im just about to go to bed
