I have a 2003 XL with 43K. At about 10k the ABS Light cmae on and the dealership replaced a speed sensor. This happened again at 28k and speed sensor was replaced again. It happened once more at 40k and I have not
been back since the warranty is gone. I have not noticed anything different
driving wise. What can be done to fix it or diable the light?
Thanks,
Jeff

You can disable the light by pull the fuse for the ABS, but the ABS light just means that the ABS isn't working. The normal hydralic system works fine

Thanks Drew, Is there a separate fuse for the ABS light?
Jeff

I don't think so - it's all in one - it's the fuse for the ABS Module that you'll want to pull. the Module is what turns the light on. However, be careful of the fuse you pull - check before you do, because it may run something else that is valuable

OK Drew, thanks.

I checked this website after my ABS light came on and I replaced the rear ABS sensor ($17.99). It's located on top of the differential... takes about 5 minutes. You can check it with an OHM meter... if it's open, it's bad.
