AC and heat

Could anyone tell me what could be causing this,my air conditioning,and heat seem to only work if it's on highest setting.im starting to get fed up with my 2007 sport trac

Do you mean the blower isn't working?

If it's the blower... then it is probably caused by a worn out blower motor resistor. On most cars it's a easy part to replace.

I couldn't find a link for a 2007 specifically. But this should be close.
