Question one with AC issues for me is always: does the compressor engage? if so, is it only intermittently? I would get a gauge and check the pressure myself, that's where to start. Also, if they really did replace the orifice tube, then they had to evacuate the r134a completely, which means they should have added refrigerant oil to the mix in the proper proportion.

a 2000 Explorer will not be R12, it will be R134. Doesn't take freon. 2000 anything is R134.

Problem fixed had to unhook battery and rest computer for new blend door to work
Thanks for all the help
