Is your check engine light displayed?

If the engine isn't running at efficiency, you may need to press accelerator pedal further.

High end of throttle position sensor triggers the wide open throttle relay which switches off ac clutch.

Vacuum leak may be affecting vent function. When climbing hills does air still flow thru the vents?

No check engine lite 0n dash no problems on hand scanner
Air still flows thru vents super hot air
Wondering vacuum check valve faulty under load?
Bad actuator?
Or bad door in plenum? Whats your guess Thank you very much for responding to my issue

If you’re still getting solid airflow through vents, you’ve got enough vacuum.

Warm air means that the compressor is likely disengaging under high load. At a certain throttle position (near WOT), the compressor clutch turns off to minimize power loss so the vehicle can climb/accelerate well. It’s a feature, but can be a bit of a bug if you’re heavily loaded/towing, or if the engine is running poorly and you’re finding yourself at WOT a lot as a result.

Thanks I will try and replicate issue and check tach there are no engine running poorly issues Thanks Again for your quick reply!
