There might be someone that done it already here on the list. You can probably go to your friendly suspension shop and talk to the guys. They might be able to fit you with a set of new coils for the front that would raise your truck a couple of inches. Performance Products sell raised coils but it costs about $200.00 just for the coils. Then you go with add-a-leaf in the back and a set of new shocks around and you spent nearly $500.00 maybe close to $600.00 and what you got? 1.5 to 2". Might not be worth a while.
Check the alternatives, read the archaives, read the magazines since advartisers will give you plenty to choose from.
Skyjacker sells a 2" suspension lift. It's not very expensive either. Call rocky mountain suspension for prices. I can't seem to find a price for this lift online.
Ill definatly let you know, Im Planing a 3 inch body lift and the skyjacker 1.5 to 2 inch suspention lift. I Drive alot around the city so I need not like a 5.5 superlift, When I can get 5 inches with that. Ill let you know what i find out.
