So I've had the car for 6 months now and just hit 10k miles. Still going strong, but I think it needs a clutch soon and a throwout bearing for sure, not looking forward to that.
I've managed to fix a bunch of stuff but still have more to go. I got rid of my CEL by replacing the o2 sensors, one of which had a broken wire. Improved my highway mileage from 26 to 29. This was after my exhaust fell off, cracked and rusted through. Rebuilt it myself with leftover pipe and a pair of Flowmasters my neighbor gave me, left over from his Mustang. Much quieter but still has a nice tone.
Still need a windshield and steering rack. The roof clear is almost all gone finally so I can do something with it. Never got around to removing the tint but it's high on my list.
I'd say this car has proved to be a good purchase, worth every penny.
