Adding OEM Glove Box Light

Yup it should have a ambient light in the center console if you have the light cutout for it. My 2024 doesn't have it and seems like most 2023 doesn't have it either; no cut out to add it either.

The forward one has a light in it. I was talking about the one between the seats. I never imagined the forward one would be the one that's gone!

The cup holders ambient or the one in the arm rest console? My front cubby console has the ambient however the cup holders ambient has been deleted and the arm rest console has been deleted (cut out to add it after the fact is now sealed/not there anymore).

Already have someone making me a harness for the ambient glove box light as well as the ambient cup holders, just waiting on the ambient cup holders part number so I can order it in. Harness will be custom and is from someone I know in the 14th gen (2021+) F-150 group.

Perfect thank you! I appreciate it! I did see it in the 2021 explorers but I can’t say for the 2022? Would you be able to check your arm rest console one to see if you have one? Most likely will be a blank plate covering the hole!

Is it towards the front of the box or rear? I glanced in there but didn't see a spot where one might be.

So when you open the arm rest console, it would be on the rear side-middle inside the arm rest console (just behind the rear HVAC controls).
