just in case, heres how you do the square one
1. unclip the top
2. loosen the hose clamp
3. take top airbox assembly off
4. remove air filter
5. using a flat screwdriver, press into the 3 sides of each of the 2 pegs, pulling upward on the box.
Those studs are popped into rubber grommets, some people say just rip it out, but thats how i broke mine!! use the screwdriver to pry the rubber away from the stud, then pull the whole box up and toward the engine.
the 2 posts that go into the fender should slide out.
after that you have 2 options:
leave the airbox off and strap a K&N up to the intake (i did this first but got a lot of grime in the intake)
start cutting!!
