Air Intake Oil Hose?

This may sound stupid...but I misplaced the hose that goes from my air intake tube to the oil filler...it's an elbow maybe like 10 inches long? I need to get a replacement somehow, since it's giving me a rough idle and bad performance(like people have had the problems with the oil breathers)

I just need to know the name of this hose, or where I can get a replacement.

Breather hose. GO to the parts store and get some breather hose or crank case ventilation hose. They should sell it by the foot

any hose of the corect diameter will work, vaccumme hose, breather hose, heater hose, fuel line, etc
