Anyone know much about ARC? My suspension's old and worn. I'd like to upgrade while I replace parts, but i've got ARC! Apparently the airbags are integrated into the shocks? What are my options here? If I completely ditch ARC (which I don't want to do), won't my PCM complain about the ARC system?

Ideally I'd like some separate bags which attach to standard shocks, so I could buy shocks and still have ARC.

Evidently replacement shocks for those first ARC systems do not come with the electronic firmness adjustment. The new shocks are at least $150 each. Most people love the ride of the ARC system, you might ought to keep it for as long as you can.

Search for "rear sway bar" and see what others think about the EE anti sway bar. That's the best handling improvement you can make. Good luck,
