I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "module". The Explorer has numerous airbags and I'm sure that there are also numerous sensors that will trigger certain ones. The 2011 Owner's Guide, 4th printing, has a many pages allocated to the 'Restraint System' including where some of the sensors are located. It begins on page 195.

It would also help in addressing future posts if you added the model to your profile so the members can more easily answer certain questions since not all models are the same.

Thanks Peter, i think this is the correct name for the module i am looking for.Restraint Control Module (RCM). the air bags have been deployed. i have changed the air bags out now i need to send the module off to have it reprogrammed.
