angle eye fog lights?

hi everyone. i am looking for some fog lights that i believe are called angel eyes (?). they are like bmw lights that have leds, or hid's around the outside of the light, and light up when the fog light is not in use, and shut off when the fog lights are on. this is my plan, i hit a deer with my 98 sport a few weeks back, and want to play around with it now (i'm a body man). i did this with my buddy's s-10 bumper, we cut holes in it and recessed lights into it, and it looked not to bad. i want to do this with my truck now because it did not come with fog lights from factory, but i want to use the factory wire harness, and i have a bezel for around the stereo that has the switch. or is this going to be to much current for the factory wiring to handle? i live up in canada so i would need a place on the internet to get them from, our parts stores suck up here.

BTW, i would like to avoid ebay, most of the lights on there are cheap, and don't last

Halo fog lights? And I recommend ebay thats were I get all my lighting from! I have yet to have a problem with any of them. Running strong for 6 months!

Every one has there ups and downs with any website out there.
IMO use ebay ALOT!
