After years of using this site for tips, tricks, and everything else, I finally made the leap.

Been here on the Serious Explorations forum for 3 plus years but just had a MAJOR dollar savings thanks to 85Dave! Thought I was gona' havta' buy a used or new window motor. Replaced the window regulator gear plugs and it's like new!

Hi,

Been a member for a few years, only recently starting working on the Explorer so I thought I would join the Elite after getting so much useful info from the forums.

Have done all (5) shocks, front upper CA's/BJ's, front sway bar bushings, front pads&rotors, plugs, leads, O2 sensors, serpentine, fuel pump (old one seized and got me started on all this), filters and 0W40 to improve flow while I get ready for timing chain & tensioners.

More work to do (but need some tools that are hard to come by locally here for that) and more parts and tools to order to do the timing chains, tensions and other bit for preventative measure.

Looking forward to getting more information, support and giving some back.

Car is Exp 2000 limited all stock so I will have to think about a pic for the sig.
