Thank BB, the cost of bushings and the ball joint is not much less than the entire UCA.
But if I went that route, who makes good bushings then ?
The rubber ones don't seem to last in my case.
The performance urethane bushings are supposed to last longer but they wear out too. I designed & 3D printed stabilizer link bushings a while ago that are still being used, and don't show wear. They are made out of TPU with 100% infill. The shore hardness is around 85 - 90 as an estimation. I couldn't find an exact number online or on the spool.
