Yes, there are good choices for the V6's. JBA and others make nice parts, but some like those are expensive, as in $5-600.
Avoid the cheap stuff if you can, and brands like OBX who steal intellectual property(patents). They make and sell stuff that someone else designed, and some have reported poor quality of their stuff too.
Ditto, yes the stock manifolds are very well made for airflow. There might be something better, but it would have to be a small step bigger to gain anything. Other brands might all be the same basic size since the V6 doesn't have much aftermarket performance support.
