Anyone ever buy/use aftermarket keypad?

IF so was it any good? I would like this as a safety feature so I never lock my keys in rig or worse my daughter while she is in her seat.

I purchased the Ford OEM part for about $100 a couple of years ago and it worked for my '03 Escape but it wouldn't work on my '01 Villager. Check the application guide to be sure.
