Hi, Are there anyone in California near the Bay Area that has an explorer and off roads?

I'm in the San Francisco area and I usually wheel with friends in the Truckee area. But now that the weather has turned my Explorer is mostly to get me up to snowboard!

Of course, I've probably got the only dented, lifted Navajo in the Bay Area..

It's going in tomorrow, for Detroit Locker in the rear. Fully locked front and rear. Yea!

I'm in San Jose and now adays, I do my wheeling at the local Costco for diapers!!! Although I have been down to Hollister with Ray and others a few times and Clear Creek once with TDavis and BAExplorer and others.

Set up a exploration in the Bay Area

Since we all live in the Bay Area we should set up a trip to go wheeling like in Carniege or Hollister Hills or anywhere else. If any of you guys have ICQ or AOL instant messanger please tell me cuz i would like to talk to you.

Ray, you mentioned a trip to Holister hills a while ago in reponse to my post in wheels & tires....
I'm now back from my trip to England, so any weekends ok with me...

Thanks, I posted an entry on there...
The UK was extremely cold, damp and windy. There was bad flooding while I was there, as far as I know its got worse since I left...

new to Explorer-World

Hey all!Im in the south Bay area.I just got my Explorer(sport)about 2 months ago.I have no mods yet,but big plans....much bigger than my wallet allows.My explorer is only 2wd so Im not sure that I can do much off-roading but Id like to.Id love to see other Explorers and whats been done to them.Ill try to keep up on the next outings....Hey are there alot if any, girls that participate?Just curious because I usually only talk cars with guys........oh well!

'Sup Giirrrrl, let me be the first to welcome you to the site. Any question you have about your explorer will definitely be able to be answered by someone on this web site. About the girls, I'm not usre that there are many as young as you but, I know there are a lot of wives that like to go to the runs with there husbands. It's actually kinda interesting being 24 and going off-roading with the 'older' folk. I've learned a lot and keep them on their toes also. Again welcome to the site and good luck with the mods.

[I just got to Fairfield (Travis AFB) Have'nt been wheeling yet, Came here from Guam where the wheeling is good!. anyway like to find some other explorer owners to go out with. Let me know please

I live in auburn which is about 30 miles up I-80 from Sacramento. I don't do much off-roading but I plan on it after I get money (it sucks being a kid and not having any money!)
