anyone have 2wd ext cab ranger???

i need to know the distance from the end of the tranny to the differential. trying to see if the ranger driveshaft will be long enough for my explorer.

The ex. cab Ranger has a 125" wheelbase and a 4door Explorer has a 111" wheelbase.

It would be too long as it is a two-piece driveshaft.

Plus, 2wd and 4wd driveshafts don't swap if your Ex is 4wd.

it is 2wd now, I am doing the conversion after i finish the sas. i just want somethng cheap, I will only be using it for a month or two

It still won't work because the ex cab ranger has the two piece shaft and it will be longer anyhow.
