Anyone have any idea what this means?

There is a sticker on the top of my engine. It is marked Ford Motor Company. Under that it has in hand writing: Reprogram PCM (the P could be an R). Then it says new #F8PF-DHA.

Anyone know what this means?

If I remember correctly, if your vehicle was subject to a recall or a TSB where they had to re-program the PCM, they put a sticker on with the new software code.

It means Powertrain Control Module basically its the Computer.
