Anyone using the Catz 9007 HID kit?

I am ready to look into the catz 9007 setup. I am leary of doing this because of the lousy quality of our headlight housings. I don't want to spend the $$$ and not be able to see in fog - I also dont want to blind every other driver.

i was considering the 9007 dual high/low beam from catz. i foudn it for 500 near my house. just havent had the money to buy the kit yet.
